SEWAGE PUMP WITH N TECHNOLOGY

Thanks to the patented N-technology with an innovative self-cleaning impeller, the Flygt N series pumps have the highest overall efficiency. Most solid objects entering the pump will pass through the impeller between its blades. If an object lingers on the leading edge of one of the blades, it will slide along the backward-curved edge to the inlet perimeter.
Thanks to the mechanical self-cleaning design, it is possible to pump liquids with a sludge content of up to 8%.
FLEXIBLE AND MODULAR DESIGN
This self-cleaning pump has innovative features and is therefore an excellent choice for a variety of applications. The modular design of the hydraulics allows it to be adapted to almost any application.
- Replaceable wear ring in two materials, gray iron or Hard IronTM, for different operation conditions
- Hardened gray iron impeller for typical wastewater applications
- Hard Iron™ impeller for abrasive and corrosive applications
- Stainless steel impeller for special applications that require duplex stainless steel
- Short shaft overhang reduces shaft deflection and increases seal and bearing life
- Motor designed for submersible use. Heat is concentrated to the stator core for improved cooling properties.
- The double mechanical seal system consists of two sets of mechanical shaft seals work independently to provide double security. Available in Tungsten carbide (WCCR) or Silicone carbide (SiC) depending on pumped media.
- Motor cable SUBCAB ® specially developed for submersible use
- Offers flexible cooling system, e.g. closed loop cooling system, media cooled or external cooling
Sewer well (P)
Semi-permanent installation, submersible pumps. Submersible installation, when the pump is placed on two guide rods, automatically fixed to the exhaust pipe.
Portable (S)
Portable submersible pump. Portable pump with hose coupling or flange for connection to the exhaust pipe.
Dry vertical installation (T)
Vertical, permanent, dry pump installation. The submersible pump is installed in a dry shaft together with a flanged connection to the inlet and outlet pipes.
Dry installation (Z)
Horizontal, permanent, dry pump installation. The submersible pump is installed in a dry shaft together with a flanged connection to the inlet and outlet pipes.
