Description

Hydraulic Submersible Pump with Slurry gate valve

When the suction height is greater than 28 feet (8.5 m), the Heidra ® pumps are activated where Dri-Prime®pumps cannot be used.

The Godwin Heidra 150SG hydraulic submersible pump is a compact and self-contained pump unit equipped with a diesel power drive and a 6-inch (100 mm) pump side. With its speed control function, the Heidra 150SG can meet a wide range of flow and head requirements. For example, this pump is capable of operating at a flow rate of up to 1,576 AMG / min (430 m3/h) and a total dynamic head of up to 72 ft (22 m).

It can handle solid inclusions up to 2.6 inches (65 mm) in diameter.

The remote-controlled slurry gate valve allows the pump to act as a mixer, ideally suited for pumping thick, viscous semi-liquid sludge with a large amount of solid inclusions, such as sewage sludge in the metatanks of sewage treatment plants, semi-liquid waste in the aftermath of accidents with environmental consequences, as well as sediments in separators for collecting oil from open effluents at oil refineries.

Diesel or electric engines are available

Godwin Heidra pumps equipped with a diesel engine for autonomous operation will work on any object, regardless of how remote it is. In addition, all diesel engines meet the latest regulatory requirements for exhaust gases.

Our Heidra pumps can also be powered by electric motor Power Packs. Electric Power Packs do not need refueling, the motor requires less servicing, and they reduce the carbon footprint of any project. Available with soft starts and VFDs for variable speed control.
Options:
  • Diesel or electric drive
  • Skid mount or highway trailer
  • Quiet enclosures
